Tools you'll need:
T30 bit to remove screws. You'll also need a pretty long extension, about 8" to get to the bottom screws.

Drill and small bit.

Clippers to cut tie wraps.

Flatblade screwdriver

Needlenose pliers

Something (coat hanger) to stick into the amber light socket to help dislodge the reflector.

Something to seal the hole. I used some leftover bathroom caulk.

some tips:
1. It may help to disengage the leveling motor. You can do this by pressing the little white clip aside and turning the motor counterclockwise a bit. The motor will lift out.

2. Be very careful when unscrewing the alignment screws. You can break the blue screws if you are not careful. The screws should turn very easily.

3. Mark the position of the light on the lower screws so that you will minimize the amount of alignment error when you remount the light.

4. To remove the wiring harness, pull back on the harness a little bit, then put a wedge-like object (like a flatblade screw driver) and pry back towards the wires, you should hear a click. The harness is now free.

5. remove the bulb, be careful, store safely, they're expensive!

6. you can use a finishing nail to inch the reflector out, after drilling the hole.

7. drill your hole in the middle of the slot that the reflector is in.

8. be careful with compressed air. The can I bought leaves some residue despite it saying that it doesn't!
